At Fundy's, every dish starts with the same belief: the best ingredients deserve the simplest treatment. We work with local farms, fisheries, and ranches to source produce, meat, and seafood at their peak, then cook them over live fire and wood embers.

Our open kitchen lets you watch the team at work — slicing, seasoning, tending the fire, plating each dish by hand. It is cooking stripped of pretense, driven by technique and seasonality.
